 In Australia, there is an inventor named Joe Booker who invented the JoeCell.
 Its Uniqueness lies in the fact that All of Science is based upon two electrodes placed in water gives Hydrogen and Oxygen. What makes this technology CORRECT (as verses the incorrect assumptions of electrolysis) is when one adds Neutral Plates between the electrodes there is a Magnetic Field generated within the water.  Now this might seem different to running rocks through a ring magnet but the principle is the same. Whatever we do with Ring Magnets we can do with a 12V car battery and active and neutral plates in a Joecell like configuration.

 

 The Neutral plate between the ring magnets slid over a water pipe "focuses" the Magnetic Field inside the water pipe and when constructed in accordance with ratios, any liquid, including fresh runny concrete, exits the water pipe as pure fresh water.
 

 When the magnets are reversed so that the 2 south poles face each other and the liquid is flowing through a 100% South Pole Positive Field, the fresh water exits as nice Sweet Saudi like crude that is pourable directly into any Diesel car. 

 

 This is over unity in that its pennies a gallon for diesel like fluids. 

 

 To understand how this science relates to this Holographic like Universe where everything can be manipulated with the Mind, gives new meanings and definitions to what ENERGY is and how there are many ways to make it. It also makes a mockery of the Atomic Structure where electrons are the only source of energy and the bonds between imaginary particles like protons and neutrons are the source of gravity. 

 

 It would greatly help over unity electricity production if the principles of Energy in this Water based Universe were better understood. Water is Liquid Electricity. A Magnet is a lump of electricity, Electricity is the purest water there is. Spinning Magnets for electricity is now entering its 2nd Millennium of discovery and has been superseded. 

 

 It makes Sau Lan Wu's discoveries FAKE SCIENCE, as is much of what Norm links to. 

 It would appear that the members here are too poor to do any investigation, much less invest in this technology, even though I am slowly providing entry level equipment to prove all this for oneself.
