Lasers and Magnets. The human body is a Magnet. I dont know if DARPA knows this, but if I do, its safe to say they do to.
So far all they do is make Lasers more or less intense or powerful to cause destruction. Man only knows Hot Fusion. But in my lessons on lasers and magnetic Fields, Its the technology of a Star Treckies laser set to Stun. A tiny 5 milliwat laser is all thats required and then one uses it as a carrier beam to overlay other frequencies like stun or kill. To instantly demagnetize an object like a Dog or Cat will see the systems instantly fail if the right overlay is figured out. So far all they do is disrupt the Field Of the Magnet for a milisec making systems reboot. But you can rest assured, they are still playing as everything intelligentsia does is to perfect its KILL rate.
Why it returns to its original Magnetic Effect is called MEMORY but thats a dirty word in Particle Science.
To behave 'like fluids' is merely the beginning of restructuring the Plasma Structures that the object and all of the universe is made from.
Everything is energy, frequency and vibration so to affect any object or Life force, one applies a new 'frequency like FIRE or LIGHT, both of which manifest in Lasers.
Its the ultimate tool for self defense as its instantaneous in its paralyzing action. And a 5 mw can be made to cut like a Million Watt laser if you know crystal Technology and be Hand Held and 9v battery powered for trimming the wings off then nasty Military killing complexes drones. No freedom fighters arsenal should be without one. Only a couple hundred in parts and dead easy to assemble. Gotta feel sorry for all them guinea pigs shot at in determining the correct frequencies. Bit like all the pigs maimed in the 1079 failures when making 1080 poison. All this only costs a farm and a leg.
