Thanks Hector, I do need to get the license for the internet version, though I suppose one can not just hitchike onto radio echolink either. It's a good way to get started but I am with you, I think we need our own very robust comm system so we can work around whatever happens.
I think we would run out of atmosphere far before that could happen between here and there. Anyhow to do that one would need the optical table and some nice juicy pieces to put on top.
