When Tesla said of Walter Russell to lock up his theories for a 1000 years, it could be interpreted as, In a 1000 years it will have MATURED rather than just another new ‘theory’. He was being “kind” to Walter. I content that if Tesla liked it so much he would have expanded upon Russellian Science rather than essentially just paying lip service to it, as it was certainly better than Particle science theories, when he said Think in terms of “Energy, Frequency and Vibration” rather than Inert gases being at the fulcrum of elements arranged in 9 octaves. Man simply hadn’t evolved enough with magnetics and electricity yet to understand Walter.

The magnetic field is the curl of the electric field when being operated upon by the quadrature concept (W.B. Smith). Everything is Magnetic. Energy is about plasma magnetics. Energy can be ‘extracted’ from everything.
The invention of Electric Cells and Magnetic Cells by Joe and the 1000’s of experiments we have done updates Russellian Science like Walter said it needed. JoeCells completely destroy the outdated water molecule theory as well as the rest of the Particle atomic structure theory.
Without Joecells, Russellian Science is meaningless and useless on a practical level for the average man. As for the theoretical level of Russellian science it beats all other theories hands down.
One should read Russell before JoeCells but I did Joecells before reading Russell.
