Do you mean putting the plates in series like in the water splitters of Bob Boyce and calling the plates between the input electrodes neutral? A series coupling of plates or capacitors only distributes the electric field between all the plates which doesn't make them neutral. Doing it this way makes it possible to use higher voltage without wasteful heating of the water. I.e. the efficiency is higher as more of the power is used to split the water instead of heating it.

On this site the famous representation of the Eye Of Horus is likened to the Brain.
There is no mention of the Pineal Gland the Seat of the Third Eye. Which is what the Eye of Horus is all about.
This one guy, who used to visit me in the 'astral' and do things like shake the brass bed and say, when I saw him next, gee your bed sure rattles ( I was in bed with another woman as divorce was just around the corner). On another occasion he closed his eyes in traffic and drove a couple blocks using only his 3rd eye. When his "sign" was drawn for Esoteric purposes it was the Symbol for the Eye of Horus. He was Horus !! He could see anything and everything.. Past, present and future.
I read the book Saved by the Light long before I met Horus, and even before I met Dannion in '99. When I inquired about the Crystal Palace referenced by Dannion, Horus immediately took notice. This is because Dannions description of the 'hierarchy' associated with the Crystal Palace, is about as correct as one could expect to remember given Dannions traumatic method of finding the place. Horus 'works' for Dannions Beings. He's been on the planet for longer than he cared to define.
To give an example of how peuso-scientists cannot determine 'time' for anything, lets say the Earth is a lot older than 4.5 Billion years, its closer to 4.5 Trillion years.

Oh and Norm.... Joe and I discussed Browns gas many times. Joe used his welder in a hospital once to weld a shattered leg bone back together negating pins etc. It cuts and welds depending upon how the tip is held in relation to the job being done. Its the same gas as Master Bates Showed and Telled. Browns gas would be a whole lot better if the hundred or so plates inside only had 2 of the plates electrified. They couldnt get past the electron thing and considered every plate must produce bubbles to get max performance. Joecellers know the neutral plates produce MORE bubbles.
