This comment by Bob Paddock prompted me to post the electrical analog to 
the age old ram pump, Klack Pumps.

They are also known as Thromp Pumps or Klack Pumps from the sound they make.
I wrote about them at the link below. Took a Check-Vale apart and put
it together backwards as the compression valve.
Reset was a 4" drain pipe as feed and some 1.5" fittings with a 1.5"
output pipe.

Bellocq, Toribio: Compression Wave Pump. Where we are applying the
concepts of Resonance and other electrical properties to plumbing.

Read carefully Tesla's development of the quenched spark gap and the 
energy multiplication that is accomplished.  With what we have learned 
about Magnetic Flux Annihilation and re-connect phenomenon, I elect to 
apply Tesla's original ideas into a method of making a PHOTON TORPEDO 
like Star Trek.  First we had the old, circa 1950s technology of the 
Flux Compression Generators, them we graduated into the Pressure-induced 
Magnetic Phase Transition Technology.   Tesla was absolutely correct 
with his compression of energy in time concept in that we can deliver 
terra-watts of energy in nano seconds in the form of magnetic flux 
conversion into pure photon burst. SCREW THE  ELECTRONS.    eagleone 
will be happy.
