Joe applied his Field Science to a few cars. V8 Rover (all alloy ICE) Suzuki, Escort, F100 pickup, Ford Panel van and a drag car.
The last one was the Drag Car. By this time he had perfected the procedure. It was 1995. It was the Drag car that brought ASIO agents (CIA in your lingo) to my farm on their way to Joe's.
As its the frequency imparted to the ICE to change the theromdynamics to an ICE one really didnt need a Cell on the car.
The actual events go like this. Each car had a different design of internal SS bits in the JoeCell. He never builds two of the same design. After perfecting the design for better adaption to an ICE, he 'knew' all that was required was to pour water on the motor. So he went with his friend to the local Drag strip. Drag races that are all about noise, revs, flame and smoke from wheel spin. The 1000 strong crowd loves it.
He went down to the pits and asked a buddy of the friend who brought him if he could modify his car before the race.
The guy was ecstatic. Joe was going to make him win. So he took out about one tablespoon vial of JoeCell water and pouted it on the valley cover. He then disconnected physically the fuel line. Wont work if its hooked up and the tank is empty even. Joe then gave the driving instructions as . Just start the car and let it idle. Do not rev the motor and when the light turns green just floor it. Simple grasshopper.
The light turned green, he floored it and in track record breaking time of 4.2 seconds all on Video official records and personals as well, there sat a car half an inch above the ground, no smoke, nor flame, NO noise that literally flew down the track and most missed it as they blinked. The car was promptly loaded up and they quickly left. ASIO heard about it and sent undercover Hubby and wifey team to investigate. Joe has played his copy of the video so many times the VHS is barely watchable.
Would anyone care to theorize on how tires levitating WILL NOT SPIN showing zero loss of traction resulting in NO smoke from the tyres and yet break the track record? I throw that one atcha Ark.
No Norm you have not studied Joecells in any fashion whatsoever. You studied an AlexShifflierCell.
A few years later I was tinkering with a Joecell that Joe gave me to play with, and called him on the phone to get the timing or sequencing correct when attaching the DC to the Cell. He usually goes off on a tangent and talks for hours and during this ph call he told me how he made that Drag Car Water.
In the Cell you made using Alex designs, it could be that you made it correct enough to make this water. One morning at 9 am precisely, (important clue re Fields of the planet) he went out and filled a cell with water and turned on the power for 3 seconds. The next morning at 9 am he went out and turned on the DC power to his cell for just 3 seconds. One the third morning he went out and yup, just 3 seconds of power. Later that afternoon, he decanted a small amount in preparation for the Drag races that evening.
Wayne and Brook the ASIO Agents stopped in on their way to find out more. They came back from Joe's after spending 2 days with Joe. When Joe eyeballs some one for the first time, he sees all they've done, and if he chooses all they ever will do. Looking at the organization that can end his career, he 'used' them to negate their potential adverse effects these Govt types have. He did the same to Jock Pennycook from MI6 and the Levitating F100 Pickup.
Looking at these two spies, he said so you wanna know how its done eh, and he pulled his sons ford escort (Pinto ford?) into the workshop and these two spies videoed everything, from taking the jets out of the carby, advancing the timing 70 degrees, disconnecting the fuel lines and attaching the cell. AND taking it for a drive. I was the first person to see their video on their way back to Melbourne.
A couple years later when they finally gave him a copy, Joe sat me down and pointed out all the hidden things he did to make it work that goes completely missed by all who see it. Joe has been force feeding me for years. I dont complain.... Perhaps he sees something in my time line thats a benefit?
Jock Pennycook walked into the yard pretending to be mr nobody, Joe looked at him and said, youre from Govt. Until Jock admitted who he worked for and why he was there, Joe wouldnt entertain any conversation. It was nearly an hour before he confessed. So he rolled his F100 into the shop and fitted a JoeCell to it. He did so on the Proviso that if he ever touches it or looks inside it, he must understand it will never work again (Its breaking a magnet Field and cant be joined again except by Joe) So they started it up and with springs still compressed they could run their hands under the tires. It could do 90 degree bends at 60 mph and not spill the coffee on the dash. It had near zero inertia too. Jock drove it to Canberra where they just looked at it for 2 weeks and he drove it back home. A few weeks later he couldnt help himself and looked inside and the cell stopped working. Driving under gasoline he returned to Joe's and Joe reminded him of the conditions. The Intelligentsia of the World cannot do what Joe does or understand it and he made sure they were aware oi that fact and it could be the sole reason he's still alive and I have many more stories about Govt spies.
A few years ago I was in Joe's shed and Jock showed up. as soon as I spoke (with an accent, I was born in Sth Dakota with Cherokee DNA) he said who I was and where I live. I had never met him before.
After the drag car, Joe never played with cells with any ICE again. He perfected the methodology and moved on. In 1996 after educating me for 9 months the circumstances of our parting were such that Joe never touched ANY Field Science cell for 10 years until I came back with the Science to explain them. Mr Wonderful does have all the answers.
Its all encompassing. It truly is a unified Field Science of Everything including that cultish subject Spirituality. Karma is energy after all. Alien tech as good as any area 51. Magnetic Shielding to get through the Van Allen belts and even NASA doesn't have that. The propulsion system I didnt understand when told how to build it before I knew the science of these things.
Keshe doesnt hold a candle and this is just an improvement albeit a Light year or two of Tesla Tech.
