Oh sorry Bart I didn't answer your question .yes Im In to earth grounds
there three I. This system and one is hi voltage . if a citizen band radio
was hi voltage it would work real good being crystal with hi Q resonance
value .but I might take a run at it anyway I've got a old one a friend gave
me and all I'd have to do is tune a wire and a just by cutting bits off the
end to reach the highest voltage ..that would be putting the node on the
tip .or just buy a SWR meter and do it .then use three turns and then match
that with a wire coil four times as large  ..to get the volts up many turns
like 250 to get something out of it .the another twin counter and clock
wise coil set for amps and volts . . I'm going to try to slide tune the
last set to right over the others may find out it will work that way .can't
see why not ?.
