          The circuit sounds cool!   Did some playing with charged plates on the intake once of a 2.8L   S10.
Got a couple of weeks into it with some changing benefits then results went down hill.  Still thought of redoing it.
Thinking it needed a neutral plate. The era when you were a good mechanic if you could contort your arm
seven ways to Sunday to undo a clip successfully with out breaking it.
Something you can share maybe on your brother laws work?
Once back in 2005 (Dates +-)?. The area Niagara region formed a group which became the inventors club.
Was asked to join , thought why not! In doing so my house became the go to place I suppose.
Met a lot of working employed engineers, some retired, as well as really anyone of all walks.
Energy, health,agriculture,horticulture etc.  Some were profs ,phd, masters, undergrads,laborers,trades what ever.
Really just a big soup sandwich and I suppose I was one of the catalysts.
So maybe 2012? I was asked by the president of the club to go to Buffalo airport and pick up

  We were always trying to assist any one with there needs, sort of became the groups moral motto code.
Al had a case of advanced mrsa on his leg . At the time there was nothing much available for treatment .
Might be today , dunno.  So several months before this I had sent water as well as my friend sent hv colloidal
silver. With wrapping of manuka honey and regular attention he over came the life threat.
   So he was to show the group his build and experience on working units.
We however got to the border and customs refused him entry. It seemed he had a history with carrying illegal
firearms. His explanation was that he was moving and the kids loaded a 1/2 ton truck and threw the rifles in the back
with the stocks sticking out. He went and took the charges so the kids did not get them.
 I had to go back to the airport area and get him a room as well as meals as it was three days before his flight
so he could return home. On the evenings I would go down so he had some one to chat with.
Mostly what I remember was he saying " when you smell strawberries you now know your there".
  At  the same time Keshe was detained in Toronto.  So I was asked to try to retrieve Keshe from
customs in Toronto . I however had already signed in some one, so this was not possible.
I did read his book and found his direction fascinating. I was annoyed however as it took forever to try and conclude
his claims on the several hundred projects. His magGrav concept seemed valid, it did however need to
have some practicum applied. Some of the older people got excited and bought some devices from him
that were supposed to create a gas in a room and save on energy consumption. Ongoing devices such as refrigerator etc.
Both parties have now past , I felt and feel  that when it ran it possibly extracted energy from there own capacitance.

Yes i am close enough to Warren (a fuel tank away)
I am in north of Montreal Qc Canada.
Member of both site EvGray and JoeCell since 2007
I have done RV in my basement few years back, with 2 Marathon 5HP 3phases 575 VAC never finished the experiment since i sold the house and move on to northern snow hills, with renovation on the new house, never found the time to redo a lab.

I had an ex brother in law who worked on a circuit for car (reducing emission and consumption) tried it on my old Dodge Neon 1997 that had a lot of mileage and the unit that we install on that car made me a believer of something incredible could happen and we are not having the full potential of a ICE motor.
The exhaust smell like candy and the riding was like if i had lost a thousand pound, climbing a hill was easy without pressing the gas pedal more, and believe me, i did a lot of test, i did a lot of travel with that car.

Still reading here for more knowledge in case of a coming back.
I like you guys, you are marvellous with the exchange of knowledge and experimentation.
