 Couldnt have wrote it better. 

 

 First the new idea is ridiculed by any and all means possible (source outside opinions from experts of course)

 Then its Violently rejected 

 Finally its accepted as self evident...
 

 Trying to get past the ridicule and violent objection with its inherent offense tones it the tricky part
 

 So I jumped into the presentation to tackle these two silly human traits of ridicule and rejection head on first.
