This isnt correct. In fact its about as far from the the truth one can get and still use the word Joecell.
What was put out on the computer waves was done by an Orgone Fanatic Alex Shifflier, trying to push 'out of date' theories and another guy who found a design to make money off of, the first joecell design, by presenting himself as the inventor and supreme authority by being a witness to Joe's first successful design. Peter Stevens. Con Man extraordinaire.
So the world was informed in the most false of terms, which naturally lead to near or total failures in replication.
It isnt a JoeCell. Its a NEW SCIENCE. that started with this first simple inventive design.
If you take the time to investigate, it will fortunately, change your Paradigm of Belief.
If not, my alligator mouth and mocking arse will upset you. After multi 1000's of experiments, its just pure stupidity to use terms like H2O and electrons and valencies or even ELEMENTS in any explanation of energy.
There is no easy way to fix these stupid theories. Man ALWAYS rejects new ideas. They only get accepted when by shear weight of evidence, it becomes self evident.

Tinkerers of experimental over unity motors, have to come up with Zero or Aether or Vacuum theories to explain what they do. Even 2 electroded electrolysis experiments have to invent a theory about H & O.
The Joecell goes back to this original experiment where H & O came from and thinks outside the box and adds more electrodes and NEUTRAL Plates in the experiment. That point is missed and its still just considered an H & O generator..
It is a HUGE pity that Alex and Peter's Theories about this: Light Years Ahead of Particle Science Theories, was presented as an Idea for greedy Money hungry egotistical con-men. And you call me egotistical with a bad tone?
There are lots of ways to gain energy for making human endeavors more pleasant. I havent seen ONE here on this site that is a benefit to the planet. H energy is the biggest Joke in town. The huge re-tooling and distribution network will compete with Abiotic (fossil) fuels just doubling up on the destruction of the earth's extraction of resources. We see this today in the middle east where its a gas war verses a oil war (in some respects) To throw away the O component of H production is wasting the best part !!!! The Browns gas people know this. These are not the Marbles you are looking for.
