Did you create ANY heat when cutting the tubes to length so imparting an EXTRA magnetic Field in the SS tube? Even a Lathe sends of Hot bits of metal and a cuttoff wheel is a huge No No. If you bought them precut. You got ziltch results right?
Joe actually hunted for the right lengths in a Milk Factory's scrap pile so there was no 'alteration' to the Field Making it easy to align the Fields.

Did you know that the Alex shiffliers design uses only one way in what Joe calls it "A Four Way Cell" meaning the electrodes can be hooked up 4 ways giving 4 different outcomes to whatever is in the cell?
The Orgone heresy manual by Shifflier only speaks of something called 'stage 3' but in reality the cell has 4 manifestations of energy in each of the 4 ways to hook it up. Love that number 16
We call this Formatting.
In gold panning in a river, the frequencies repeat every 16 bends in the river. So if all one gets is dust, go to where you find nuggets and then go 16 bends down or up river to get more nuggets. Joe and I were both born on the 16th.
The Alex shittier design will make a really neat COLD FUSION Battery if you follow the Principles of Field Science. Joe discovered this when Electrical in nature energy jumped out of the cell as Lightning and went right through his hand like a stab wound from a knife that bled and continued bouncing around the shed til it equalized.

If one gets this level energy in the keg cone cell it will magnetize a mild steel shaft (Philips head screwdriver) that when inserted into a ferrite ring magnet it will not attract to the magnet but will center itself and you will NOT be able to stop it turning.
