Could you define what you mean by DC having a frequency? Do you mean the DC is having an AC component like a ripple on top of the DC? This would be like hitting the battery with a fast step response or an impulse and watching the ringing as is done by battery pulsers or desulphators. I.e. the battery has inductance and capacitance like all electrical components which makes it ring when struck by a sharp pulse. Or do you mean that DC is actually made up of components of traveling pulses? This is what Ivor Catt claims in the Catt controversy. I.e. DC voltage is actually seen as traveling charges moving in equal amounts in opposite directions.

DC is a Product of the EM Spectrum's Plasmatic conglomerates. DC is how nature's Bio Electricity Operates.

Any Flow of Magnetic Current has Frequency. (even in 'out of date' electrons, the theoretical spin rate is a frequency inherent in the flow)
DC from a car battery has the frequency of the battery that made it.
DC from Lead Acid has a different 'flavor' or frequency than that from Nickle Cadmium.
DC from Rectified AC will always have a ripple frequency.
DC used in Field Generation devices sometimes incorporate the DC frequency in its action.
Bio Field DC Generators are more healthy if the DC wires and circuit board is Silver rather than copper.
DC HAS to be Made by matter and the composition of the matter will determine the final Frequency.
And I must question your understanding of Infinity..???
Does the star, Sirius, or the Dog Star,. which is the center of the Universe, Have an effect on us? Yes it does. It effects the sensors in the back of the eyes. So what other effects does it have if its "FIELD" can reach us from so far away.
Which leaves everything inbetween infinity and DC, suspect particularly when the belief is held that DC = zero frequency...
Who dreamed that up DC = zero, Norman?
So what really causes the EM variation of Frequencies from the Sun emitting pure Plasma as immense Lighting Strikes as we know them?
