I have written several letters to Dan Winter over his Theories. He does not reply
 

 The site http://www.resonantfractals.org/FractalMatrix/index.html http://www.resonantfractals.org/FractalMatrix/index.html  uses Joecell experiments as a basis for the theory without one iota of understanding of what a Joecell is, or does.
 

 I have HUGE issues over fractals. But at least they are trying to end the Fake Science of electrons.
 

 Do note that Resonant Fractal Theory is based upon water being HHO. 

 

 Given this premise is wrong, it MUST follow everything else is correctable.
 

 This site even uses 'gravity' in its explanation. Gravity is an EFFECT, much like a shadow is an effect of two objects. An effect has no function in physics as a modus operandi.  (well you could argue what is a catalyst and I could fix your thinking)

 

 The Alchemist Newton said there must be an opposite and equal effect of everything. Where is the opposite and equal of gravity?
 

 I contend that the words gravity and electron has stuffed up mans thinking for 100's of years making him an Energy Slave.
 

 If you want to be free, get out of the paradigm thats enslaving you.
