When I first was Buzzzed by Joe, he never held the electrodes of the 48VDC Telecom Rectifier Old School construction cira 1960’s. I bought 2 of them off eBay and they both deliver 1 amp of current.
I’m not faint hearted.
He just sat on the other side of his small lounge room and directed me to hold and touch as he instructed one step at a time. It lasted for about 30 minutes, during which time I could be pretty intensely buzzed with one Electrode placement and then the next time there was no stimulation from the same electrode placement. Joe was trying hard to fix me and it was a BUZZZ. Once he made me jump over a chair with such a blockage clearing. That was back around 2000. Since then I have seen him Buzzz many people and have it on several videos in varying qualities.
The 48VDC with one amp, Telecom Rectifier Ring Tone generator, is a baseball bat Magic wand for Buzzzing. Not recommended for the Novice learner/self experimenter. But it is fun. Remember, it only Buzzzes if there is resistance which means something is out of whack. When it free flows through the body with no resistance you feel nothing, the amp meter shows nothing but its energising a harmonious circuit all the same. Held in just the hands its charging up your Biological Battery (Brain) The two way free flow or the opposite and equal energy flow doesn’t feel a thing. Only out of whack circuitry BUZZZes
The last several times of witnessing Joe in action, Joe had 4 car batteries under the table and he always started with just ONE. Only if certain Buzzzings on the body didn’t Buzzz enough he joined up 2 to make 24VDC. Only once did I see him use all 4 batteries and the guy needed help to get in the house. You could see why he kept upping the voltage, he couldn’t See the Light as he flashed the 3rd Eye. His brain/battery was flat. It’s a fairly common problem, affecting about one in ten people with a dead Brain/Battery.
The lifting of the fingers in this video is interrupting the circuit and reconnecting to get the Bio circuity or Meridian Energy Lines to flow again.

At the 2.37 mark he touches the 3rd Eye to Flash it and then he touches the Nose and Chin, where both points, the nose and chin, induces every cell in the body to make Ozone. Notice the black lead stays in the right hand for this Buzzzing. Best to not experiment at this time. After making Ozone that can literally be seen exiting the mouth as ‘mist’, then place the Pos lead back in the left hand to realign and program the correct memory in the Bio Circuitry before dropping it first and then dropping the right hand electrode to finish the Buzzzing. If it don’t make sense don’t do it.
At the 3.02 mark notice he flashes the 3rd eye with the Negative Electrode and the Positive in the left hand. He has reversed which electrode flashes the eyes. This may be necessary if one doesn’t get a flash the way he touched at 2.37. He doesn’t explain why he reverses the electrodes here. It can be done as long as the finish is correct.

Generally the 4.5 VDC power supply that comes with the SilverJoe Silver Elixir Generator is enough. Do not use switching or self sensing. Old school transformers. Buy a Sony 455 4.5vdc and 500 ma. Its heavy. Buy a 12vdc around 500ma even a 36vdc 500ma. Or lets go to china and have them made to order and

Use car batteries… any power supply that’s connected to the 48KVA high voltage lines can get that 48KVA into the body if one Buzzz’s the right spots, It can be that lethal.
About 5 years ago, this gentleman from the USA, a Wealthy Financial Trader, had his son contact Joe to arrange a full weekend of Buzzzing on his father. So for two days I watched and helped Joe use the 48V Telecom rectifier on this guy whose stroke symptoms saw his only controlled bodily movements as chewing and swallowing, the rest was a mute point. He Buzzzed the guy for about 5 hours over 2 days maybe more. Pretty intense and all of the body’s points were touched.
Each session would start and end with the JoeCell hookup/unhook procedure.
The guy died a few weeks later, Technically, He was giving him a send off party where his ozzie g/f and business associates lived. When some ones time is up… Buzzzing won’t help.
I watched Joe fix a young girls Thyroid problem by touching the Points on the chest to activate or send Current through the thyroids energy lines. One lead was held in one hand and the other lead touched the points about 3 inches above the nipples and about one inch to the centre of the chest on each side. He fixed Louis the Fly’s Wife’s Blindness and I met her to verify it. Louie the Fly was the inventor of the Lutech 2000 over unity generator from Cairns. Lessor know fact, Joe was the one who got it to work. One lass had Numb feet and Joe rotated around the knee, first one way then the other and voila, feet feel fine. We need to get him a Lab so he can Buzzz us all and eventually we will have the entire body procedure.
Joe made me promise to not post the Buzzz. So don’t share… you barely know enough much less some one who hasn’t even heard of Joe. It does have consequences and while its not that serious to goof, bear in mind the start and stop procedure. THAT is Critical. the procedure should be taught not experimentally self learned. Helping to see the effect on the Auric Field would allow for better and faster learning.
