BTW, If any of you want to build the COLD MHD GENERATOR that I described 
below, these days it is a snap for you can go to Home Depot or Lowe's 
and get an electric leaf blower, Ebay for a small Whimhurst 
Electrostatic machine and some Neo magnets.  Build the closed loop duct 
from 4  inch thin wall PVC, make a pinched square MHD channel from a 4 
inch PVC to rectangle gutter adaptor and install magnets and at 90 
degree sides install your brass DC pick up plates.  This is really a 
poor man's Testavistatika where you can convert HV electrostatic seeding 
into pure DC power using salt as your charge carriers.   Back in my day 
I had to use an expensive 5 stage air turbine at 500CFM.
