Subject: UFO- LASER SENSITIVE
Folder : A, "Public Mail"
A most interesting observation has been made by Joel and myself regards
to our "friends UFO's" being super sensitive to pulsed laser light
beams. I gave Joel a couple of 10 MW hard tube laser units taken out
of large comercial copy machines along with some power supplies that
put out 5 KV AC that provide the charges on the little corona wires in
these same copy machines. Well Joel being inquisitive as he is hooked
up the hard tube laser to the 5 KV power supply (direct) and it puts
out pulsed light at the line freq. We found out last night that we
could run the laser from a signal generator which gives us the option
of sending a string of signals of any combinations and freqs. Let us
try some musical scale signals such as in "Close Encounters of the
Third Kind". Well Joel and I were out on his patio playing "come out
of hidding with the local UFO's that seem to play in Joel's area
(obviously some sort of ley line flight path) and much to our surprise
one lit up brightly and moved out "smartly" when we hit it with the
pulsed laser beam. We found this to be very interesting. Joel thinks
that when they see a signal which is pulsed at the unusual 10 MW level
they may think it is a targeting type of beam which makes them
sensitive and causes a reaction. In my absence Joel and his son
painted one that was parked and appeared to be a bright star. When
painted this object went "nuts" and began evasive maneuvers. Joe4l will
describe in more detail the actions of the object. This morning I was
thinking of a very neat way to find these guys. This requires some
equipment and would work for the groups who spend a lot of time out in
the desert or other open areas looking for these anomalous objects.
Take two high resolution black and white video cameras and space them
about 10 miles apart. Send the two signals to a processing point with a
computer with good star chart programs installed. Superimpose the video
inputs on a sky grid and the anomalous objects will stand out like
"sore thumbs" If you flash the two video signal at an alternating rate
on a common screen then the flashing points of lights will be you "non
star" objects. Then it will be easy to single out the aircraft lights
and other known objects and find these "guys" that are just sitting
there stationary which a casual observer will assume that they are
stars. No mater how careful they are when they try to maintain a fixed
position the is enough movement that if you watch very carefully with
some sort of reference such as trees or other objects in the line of
vision then relative movement can be detected which reveals fake stars
from the real thing. We are going to modulate our laser beam with come
music or othe data to entice a response. We may get "abducted or
something else more terrible but at least you-all know what happened
and how it happened". More later from Joel. Norm
