Warren,

Hector just likes big balls to tune lower and suck the lightening from
the aether   Start playing with big balls outside and one must be
careful of charge crowding and pulling DC out of the environment.  No
longer the surface play skin effect of a Tesla coil now we are talking
high joule arcs,  the dragon lady can shut you down!  Remember the old
margarine commercials and mother nature...
