On rotary machinery !

shaft must be oriented toward the spin earth north and south (  as pole positions are already fucked beyond salvation ...)
 

 and rotation must be as if running toward  the sun set toward the west ! counter-clockwise as seen from a south point 

 

 that is how all flywheels must be oriented , else you are fucking the planet rotation and slowing it down by gyroscopic disruption .... millions of vertical water  pumps and machines of all kinds are doing that and are already fucking the planet rotation  , forget planet x  its your planets own fucking rotary machines .
