  So cool!  Some questions if you will?
What is the gen you are using and the cfm displacement?
Your cell , that's a great return for value! What is the percentile gain when you try to increase?
  Do you know any values the product produced can do work wise?
Have you currently run a gen? If so for how long a period? Are you recycling a percentage of exhaust? etc ...
Is the gen a full or half cycle?
 On your cell construction , what elements are you exercising? Distance between etc...
Are using Arduino or Raspberry for driving or currently a small controller type or several?
What pressure are you running?

There is a combination of devices that when put to getter should reach usable over unity .one is hectors rv even at 12 watts that warren managed that combined with the HHO device  I built from a Meyer type desine that produces 6 liters a minute of HHO at 12 watts .. that going to a 5 horse generator ..that's not including the boyency usage of the HBO  all that together would be in the over unity area .and relevant to day . just a little complicated and involved .but there .

 this is some of the things I was talking about some time ago when I made the comment that I thought there was a lot more you was not telling but I got the feeling you thought I was referring to other things. I think you know things the rest of us can only imagine and I say this from the Jobs you have done in your lifetime and have the most respect for what you have done
