We live now in some pretty amazing times. I can not recall now, where I got this info I would like to share, but
here are my thoughts anyway.
  In some labs they have found that a glass of water will show a reaction at or on or maybe slightly before the sun releases a solar flare!
Which to me is way cool!  Same sort of values possibly similar  to what Smoky was getting before a seismic event from his devices....dunno!
  This means that the hydrogen value or values would need to be the same through out the cosmos.
At least in my understandings its possible. If so .... then as far back as the "prospectively" big bang theory 13.5 14.5 billion years ago , you could
travel under the influence of intent! lol
Also research has been done from sound frequency on solid objects such as rocks and what not, getting historical recordings from hundreds of years back.
So with water its the same! Its like a giant recorder of all that was and will be. Not only with sound values but with physical data. All dna of all species.
Even now as we cycle water molecules through us we share all values with in the molecule.

I went to Sweden with Ismael about 5 years ago supposedly to build electric car for SAAB and to also to build steel container shipping boxes for Swedish government that inside them would be producing electricity (via big Muller generators that was my gig) Also water (Ismaels gig) and also hydrogen gas (Sven;s gig, the guy who ran company that flew us over there)

I tried to get Hector to go too, but he was worried about security )both financeal and physical)  and such ....there were some other projects too we were supposed to be doing, they did have movie crew filming us for 2 weeks which was fun....anyways nothing came to fruition of course, they still have my muller generator spun by rotovertor I shipped over from Seattle there somewhere in lab somewhere in Stockholm...

Anyways I know Ismael well, he is genius for sure and a very good person too...he has made lots of free energy stuff as well,  last contact with him he was concentrating on the water tech but was going to get back into free energy using profits from the water tech...
