Once I had an older retired proff that taught electronics with radionuclide values.
In the day when I could see and handle components I built some lol.
We built several Rife machines . He took my hair sample and said he would always look out after me.
He put my sample in a rock like setting with some crystals and registered my freq.
We built zappers that you would tape on a person where the problem was occurring. Then hit it with a freq for usually 15 min , any more
and head aches would develop as well as kidney pains.  Our body has roughly 200 watt storage and is variant in different organs.
There are charts available if you google.
For anyone currently to draw a cluster description of a molecule in description of construction at this point is really still just guessing.
My suspicion of Ismaels water is like a cluster of H3 and O, but not in the values everyone thinks of. If you wish to enhance a value , then
you build or make an adjustment for the value desired. We excrete positive values from our bodies and harbor negative  values.
Such as sweat , tears, ear wax, saliva,urine ,stool  etc. So when we take on a negative like value through digestion , the blood delivers the value through
out . The water characteristics of Ismael and mine is really smaller molecules by size , maybe 5 times smaller or more than one micron. So the mitochondria
no longer has to struggle for the hydration values it needs. The cancer cells or cluster then gets broken down and flushed out in time. So his description of the water "magnetically clinging" to the disease or tumor does have some merit!
Ismael seems to be a willing participant from my experience in the past. I do not posses his skill set, though wish I had of had the support to have it.
Water really is and will be the focus in the future for all of mankind.

The word hate is very negative , maybe disappointed or frustrated maybe for the while at least!

What polarity?

How to target particular organs or parts of body where cancer "colonies" develop?

Ismael Aviso has his magnetic water that he makes to help cure diseases, he has a whole long line of people he has cured using his water treatments....he told me that the water is opposite polarity of cancer or the diseased cells, and so the water magnetically sticks to the cancer cells and then you simply piss out the bad stuff...this explanation very simple and nutshell description I am sure a lot more to it....Ismael also can target particular organs with his treatments, this explained to me by knowing the resonant frequency of the particular organ and (I think) then zapping the water magnetically pulsed to that opposite polarity....maybe he hits the organ with some sort of RIFE like pulsing I really don't know but he has quite a few happy patients....I will look up his website post here a bit later.
