Yes they do George but that's a lot of salad many pounds of it .and it's
grown in soils untouched by modern planting mean so still has some value
not like our milleral striped food .adulterated crap .all I eat is meat
know I've lost much weight and can work most of the day with much energy .I
was losing whole days in bed be fore this I get no hunger pains because
some of my food is mybown fat now that the switch is turned on .I like real
butter on a good steak with wipe cream as dessert while losing weight. If I
do get hungry in the night I just eat butter and I'm soon back to sleep
burning my fat off .
