well if you have echolink repeater near you that i can access i can call you on your local repeater in 2 meters or 70CM ,,,,

thru your computer you can also install the program and after confirmation of your call letters you have access to over 5,000 repeaters worldwide ....  

we synchronize and call each other for a test ,,,, as i had not gotten an HF rig yet ( low on funds) ,economy here is gone to the dogs ~

but as it goes repeaters will have to do by the time being ....

I can be active in KP4FRA  OR CONTACT YOUR ECHOLINK ABLE REPEATER ! 

MAYBE HAM RADIO OPERATORS MAY BE READY FOR ENERGY SAVINGS !
