The plates are of acrylic plastic  very thin 2mm thick same as 20mm wide grade 52 magnet thickness  so very lightweight rotors they glued in magnets with little bit of hot glue followed by superglue followed by epoxy coat the wide urethane hubs are meant to make  thes thin rotors pretty rigid out wber maagnets sweep past the coils so not much flex to the rotors..
I wane Airgap 1.5mm at each end of coils against the rotor sandwich.
I hope Lenz law overwhelmed in generator winds because of sharing 3/4 of ferrite core length with motor coil which uses 1/4 [of cferrite ore length...so motor coil pulse polarizes entire core length and generator coil winds go along for ride induced more from motor coil pulse not so much by bacjend rotor magnet sweep...might have to do a pull then push DC motor coil pulze to fill up whole sinewave peak period with motor coil pulcing...many dynamics going on at once here so hard to predict what will dominate at certain frequenciesthings will change too I am sure. More bamg for the buck i am sure of that at least with combo motor and generator coils sound on same core and both ends of core doing work against the rotor sandwich.
