Jakob,

You may also have a look at this as it's a less complex version
incorporating a couple of Norms findings allegedly allowing for enough
power to run internal combustion engines from water and a carbon arc. 
The name is funny as it's a pun from the lexicon of a pilot one never
wants to hear from the cockpit.  If the pilot says bingofuel to ATC that
means he thinks he may have just enough fuel to the drop to land the
plane so clear me for a runway and get the emergency crews there.
