OK you take flat earth as an electrode plate , the turtle as another and heat the 3 elephants to red hot wile charging the earth positive and the turtle negative  the elephants will get charged up , in doing so let them charge to at least 7kV then let them cool down wile keeping the charge ...

   sorry was the most simple layman explanation available at the moment in my brain !
