Norm, so your saying that copper has a deficiency of electrons
normally? Spray electrons on the surface of copper and the
surface will cool? Can this be measured with just pure copper
plate? Maybe a copper circuit board and 27kV source? I have
that in my basement to try. Another interesting thing about
high voltage is that corona discharge of negative potenial is
blue whereas positive corona discharge is redish. Blue negative
and Red positive? neat huh?

So your also saying that 'cold' is enormous amounts of
electrons? I thought cold just slows down the atomic
state of matter, such that no random thermal motion is
observed in matter. This way the electrons can JUMP
shells so quickly and without causing more random movement.

So what is positive corona, if negative corona is electrons
(which are negative)?
