the only thing required is the 3 phase motors , a capacitor vector and an impedance vector .... 
 

 

I had posted and explained this one million times put a capacitor the motor spins one way put a reactive inductor and the motor spins the other way ,

put them in opposed phases  you manage the spin in one direction changing
capacitance & impedance values and that can be made by LOADING either the impedance and or the capacitance .

Its not my fault others take the information and mix it with their personal bullshit !
