Norm you mentioned Stanley Meyers work have you seen Dr Cramtons work on
HHO it half Stanley Meyer and half Tesla cold energy he uses two 555 timers
a switching diodes  with a MOSFET  feeding in to a bifiler type coil to
feed the pipes .he says he gets 6 liters per minute at 12 Watts ..1 amp @
12 volts ..the feds ran him out of the country and he now lives and works
in South America continuing his research .
