Yes I have done the two paralell MOTs experiment, one of them being what is creating the AC power that gets shorted at peaks into caps, the other MOT the signal and power supply for Ron's sinewave peak sensing circuit.
It worked quite well actually...you must fill caps only, And then discharge caps isolated, not connected to peak circuit during discharge for the two stage type of output circuit. I used the run cap phase of a rotovertor as what to sling the MOTs over...
It's good to be shorting low voltage power, as when voltages increase x20 or x50 into caps, it gets ridiculous if playing with 240v for example.
Lenz is still there if pulse width too wide to the shorting and alsoif yyou time.it to happen outside.of peak period.  Cap size is crucial as too big of UF the spikes hit a brick wall....pre filling caps good idea before beginning since this.makes for.much easier resistance in caps so they accept the hyper ringing nicely.
