neutral line reminded me of the numerous articles from up in Wisconsin 
dairy country where remote farms had dairy cattle electrocute in the 
fields and people drawing sparks at the kitchen sink from the faucets!  
True stories. It all had to do with neutral current flow back to the 
power generating station through the ground.
