Hello Norman,
Quote:
"Speaking of Hydrogen, gas with one proton and one electron / atom,
where does the electrons come from in the Felici HV Electrostatic
Generator??  I have issued this challenge before with no comments."

We have to begin to accept the total facts that there are no such things
as 'electrons' and they cannot exist as 'free electrons' in space.
This theory comes from the likes of the darlings of the control and
fantasy World of people like Einstein.
The Electron Microscope is a joke and still today, nobody has seen an
'electron'.

See Page 20.

https://ia800306.us.archive.org/31/items/dashedagainsttherock00colviala/dashedagainsttherock00colviala.pdf

The attached extract pdf is from William J Colville and his Book 'Dashed
Against The Rocks' 1894 and this is Chapter 4 and talks of the Ether or
'atomolic substance' and after a Gas he describes 'Ultra-Gaseous' which
we, today, call a Plasma.
Not a single mention of the fantasy word 'electron'.

We need to begin to look at what is next to the Ether and after the Gas
and that is a Plasma.
What really is a Plasma?
Plasma is excited Ether and what overunity is all about.
You might have your fantasy 'electron' rotating inside the Atom but once
excited and is in free space, becomes a part of the Plasma.
Probably nothing to do with the Hydrogen as you are working inside a gas
filled vacuum and the Ether just loves a vacuum.
Nature abhors a vacuum and has to fill the space with something.
Excited Ether you could probably call 'motivated Ether' ready and
willing to do work.

So then why do you build a Geometric Translator with Square Root 2
rotating Cones (Flanagan/Constable) for rainmaking and you include
Vacuum Tubes in the design? - to attract the Ether, that's why.
The design is such that the unseen Ether is attracted to the device
through excitation and in the generation of the Plasma you have and put
Ions to work.

My 'Impulse Discharge' device shows all of this at work where you have
the Spark Gap but you have no arc/spark but an Ion induced Plasma
instead at the gap which is really an excited Ether and this is all
confirmed by Chernetsky/Galkin/Frolov in their 'Self Generating Discharge'.
As I see it.

Why is the USA re-opening their Colorado DUMB - because of the fear of
an EMP wiping out all of their solid state electronics which the smart
Russians have chosen not to do and still use Vacuum Tubes in their
military designs as was demonstrated in the Black Sea with the USS
Donald E Cook.
Go back into the 60s and see what 'Operation Fishbowl' was really all
about as a consequence.

Hope I have made an attempt to answer your question suitably.
Respectfully.

Smokey
