I have tested Asymetrical capacitors in vacuum, they don't works !!! they
works only in air


This is important stuff. Can you elaborate a bit on your experiment? You
measured a thrust in air but non in vacuum!? Is this for sure? This would
destroy a house of cards related to electro gravity!?

39 mm X 39 mm Asymetric Area
50 mm X 50 mm for the total PCB dimension
Coverlay = 50 µm thick (for safety, and so no possibility of Air ionnic
polarisation)
Dielectric = 50 µm thick (no possibility of Air ionnic polarisation)
Asymetric Copper grid and symetric Copper plate = 12 µm thick
Grid holes = 50 µm x 50 µm
Grid conductor = 50 µm x 12 µm thick

Tested (March 2011) in a glass box with vaccum on a scale (weighting
machine)
Theorical thrust expected with the FlexPDE Software in running mode = about
10 Kg (98 Newton)
Real thrust mesured = 0 (so less than 1 gram = 9.8^-3 Newton = scale
precision)
FlexPDE Formula was based on the gradient of the Electrostatic energy
(asymetric electric field, not constant in the thickness of the dielectric)

IF somebody is interested by testing, i have 40 " Skin Flex Asymetric
Capacitor" i can send some sample FOR FREE in a letter
