Fill capacitors-only to catch everything 
Discharge capacitors.by themselves then fill again after discharge.
Filling capacitors will not short out anything furing discharging as long as caps are isolated by themselves during discharge (and fillimg)
AKA two stage output circuit
Fill caps with dc sides of fwbr A and fwbr B
Fwbr A to cap A and fwbr B to cap B
Switch pulsed dc coil with switch A at hi side of coil
Simultaneous switch with a switch B at low side of coil
AC legs.of fwbr A across hi switch A
AC  legs of fwbr B across lo switch B
Fwbrs made of hyper fast HV diodes
So dc of fwbrs into the respective caps
Doing  like this will catch "both sides" of inductor.
Walter Rosenthal sent me circuit in snail.mail to do it like this he also called me on phone about this too long time ago....also Bill Muller told me this is how they do it too with their motor coils ..in Bill Muller's case also he does it like this when switching on off inducef-by-sweeping rotor  magnet generator coils into caps during peak periods of sinewave ( such as the 1/4 portipn of wave similar to diode plug)
