Hay George update ...I'm feeling good ran around town all day with out
getting exhausted .I took 250 mg of niacin this morning a got a hell of a
capillary flash thought it was going to take my face off .that hasn't
happened in years .it means the niacin isn't needed for repairs I'm healthy
as ever . but need more time to be shure of everything .but looks good !
