Body
There was a developer early on in static generators who doubled the output
.I can't remember his name .I tried to look up the device but no joy..hay
as far as caps and hivoltage goes ..I think that the voltage rating might
be tied to a full cap rating not a fractional fullness .or a 300. Volt cap
might be useable on a higher voltage than the rating if it's dumped below
the rating like using a neon to trigger a 96 volt dump .because the cap is
open ended till full . if true than you could dump before the internal
voltage causes damage . easy to find out .put a neon between the cap
terminals on a 300 volt oil motor cap with a neon and use DC above 300 DC
if it doesn't explode your good to go. I would put in a box or out side to
be safe .
