Yes! George, very easy to do if you follow the basic "rules" which is 
"isolation" from ground of magnetically saturated iron core and loaded 
capacitors which yields the "EMP" shot due to flux annihilation by 
capacitor dump through the windings. The "EMP shot comes from earth 
ground and iron motor frame. works every time as a "one shot" event. The 
motor iron has to be in a "super saturated" condition which is seen on a 
scope shot of the "B/H" curve.Scale it up but be careful cause we do not 
know how to capture and harness the event!
