I read the long text or translated it into German.

I can confirm the phenomenon with the high voltage in a certain way.

I have driven an old high voltage line transformer out of an old TV via an IGBT and adjustable pulse width modulation with adjustable frequency and a high voltage is producing a capacitor and discharging it via a spark plug.

What struck me especially when I grounded the negative pole was that spark frequency doubled twice, though I did not change anything.

So any energy had to charge the capacitor faster and in addition, so the spark would skip more often.

As if the coil sucks extra energy from the ground.

I also feel that it is most effective to generate high voltages and electric fields to extract free energy.

But a fluorescent tube is not made for high performance, there are alternatives to it, a spark gap is not bad for testing but the ozone which is created is not so tingling.
