I am not sure of the translation so my questions may be redundant.

Do you consider the Transverter as an almost finished product but for
the storage device?

If you could store the pulses properly what kind of ratio _in-out_ do
you think you have now?

Maybe you could use a charge transformer  like the small sphere
connected to a large sphere in order to store the energy in a lower
voltage capacitor bank that does not cost a fortune. 

Or maybe Va De Graaf's high voltage inverter for changing HV DC to 3phase AC
