DaveIt is pretty simple. Law is complex, full of jargon, and in some places full of awkward holes. A good lawyer can navigate this minefield, based on humanity, firm logic, and carefully observed, and recorded, facts. This is, in turn, laid against the tattered matrix, of history, the carefully considered logic of former studies, and decisions, made by intelligent, competant experts on law.Challenges, and appeals, refine and scrutinize, former decisions, to place them within the framework of contempory thinking, drawing on everything known to be a fact. It is not an easy terain to navigate for the average person. There are moves in the profession to make it more accessable, with many lawyers working pro bono to make it so. Even so, it is much more similar to Hector's calculus, than a plain and simple rule. There is an awesome amount of reading to be done, in order to do a complete job of a legal decision.It is irritating that something so completely transparent, and in plain view, should be so mind fucking complicated, as the law is.It has been done by people, and there are as many variations as there are DNA combinations. Then, there is human nature. That is a whole study in itself.Lay over top of that, contemporary zeitgeist. A good lawyer is a very smart person, with an incredible education, full of humanity, interested in people, and what they do.
I have friends who are lawyers, and am impressed how devoted they are in making a positive, clear passage through rocky, difficult waters.They are the first to say most problems can be solved with common decency, and consideration.Cheers Warren

Here is a great example of what we are trying to convey here, the courts are throwing people from homes even though they were never loaned any money, fact is a mortgage contract pays the full amount at closing to the seller, the "money/aka note of debt" comes from a private/secret account attached to your birth certificate and the loan trustee pretends you need to pay them back. they collect insurance on and on. The banks took all private gold and printed IOU's called money or treasury notes. Everything is owned by them since you never paid with substance because they took your labor and gave you only credit.
Does this piss you off, these facts?
That should clear things up, so you understand what really happening behind the curtain.
Now don't bum out because I see things changing for the better as the public wakes the fuck up!
