Sequence of pulsed stator poles in Cotnoir generator

Hi all
 Here is a drawing below in link I did representing a stator with36 poles,(from a 2pole rotor genset, or a 3ph AC motor, or a 3ph AC generator)
 And  there is shown a fixed non-rotating otor, with winds around it (Pierre Cotnoir has 700 feet of 20 GA wire bifilar-paralleled)
 Pierre says that he sequentially pulses "six magnetic fields" around the stator, which induces power into that rotor, and so the rotor becomes the secondary and also the power-output of this generator ...
 So the question is, what would be the best "pattern" of the 36 numbered pole-windings around the stator to make the best power with least draw?
 Pierre says his stator field rotates at 600rpm and there are 6 poles and he gets 60hz from this...but not sure exactly what all that means as those 5 poles could be many different configurations....maybe the way he does it is not necessarily the best way to do it? - any ideas out there knowing the numbered stator poles the best way to do this??
