Hi Hector
The Cotnoir system has no lenz law reaction between the "primary" of the sequentially pulsed 36pole AC generator stator windings...and the "secondary" of the 4 pole rotor wedged and stationary rotor inside of it...
WHY you can say is also deswcribed as leading or lagging power factor "manipulation" lets call it...so also what is leading and what is lagging is "where" you look at it from - look from stator/primary point of view, and it is lagging, look from wedged-rotor/secondary point of view and it is leading....look at it from the transistors point of view, they don't care they are just a switch...(this is joke)
Anyways lagging power factor I guess is just another way to say delayed-lenz saturation (I will guess) so we are letting technical descriptive terms confuse the truth and understanding of situation...

The situation is unlike an outrunner, generator or motor, he does not physically rotate the stators around the rotor, instead he is rotating the stator field sequentially around the rotor.....and of course in this system the rotor does not spin either....seems like really good concept however you want to describe it as, or the history of its intellectual development might be from, or taken from...
He will not have any cooling problems since instead of for example two mosfets or transistors firing 18 times in a revolution, now in sequentially pulsed system each one does a firing only once per revolution (will also assume dual H switching going on)
Every pulse recovers backemf/recoil into a cap too he did not "forget" about that! And plenty of time for each transistor to fill up its cap when switch closes too...so good relaxation time after each pulse....
In really simple terms for John Q Public to understand, just say you manipulate the frequency of the sequential field rotation to find a frequency, or rotational SWEET SPOT , and also the time ON and time OFF is also manipulated too...
Something about the sequential pulse eliminates lenz law now the system explodes itself into really great power generation as no lenz law barriers to plow through...
Because the delayed lenz law (or whatever else you want to call it such as leading or lagging power factor correction or whatever) DOES WORK in eliminating lenz law, I would assume this dictates the choice of on and off pulse width and the frequency he chooses to eliminate lenz law in the transformation of power from his sequentially pulsed primary into the secondary of the 4 pole non-rotating stator....
Just from what I know from people (like Woopy) successfully replicating the Thane delayed lenz (or whatever you call it)
If for example 16 N-S magnets 50% "duty cycle" (same distance between magnets in rotor as width of magnets)
Now with 32 ohm coil, you need 2200rpm to get zero lenz law reaction, in fact rotor speeds under generator coil load (all very simple)

...so translate and transfer to 36 poles (instead of 16 NS magnets in rotor) with these pole windings sequentially pulsed in stator and the rotating stator field should rotate at about 1000rpm (approx doing math in head very simple) this frequency rpms of 1000 I came up witn would be working against permanent magnet in rotor, s
o instead transfer and translate to inducing into stationary rotor coils and with these rotor coils powering some sort of load....

Noiw I admit I am not sure there how much the frequency of the sequential stator field should rotate at now since it is rotating sequenctially transformer effect, but I would think it should be in vicinity of that 1000rpm so just do some bench work and play around with pulse width and frequency until you find that "sweet spot" where the power from the wedged-in rotor starts to make lots of power, with no additional expense to the primary sequentially pulsed field....
