Let me explain the same in more normal words , there is no thing as "delayed" lenz effect , there is leading and lagging power factor and i had explained a Kazillion times ZPE machines require the power factor to be leading in order to obtain OU , * read brian prater questions & my answers
,a lagging effect may be used in dissimilar impedances to create a phase angle delay opposite in rotation to capacitive one , Read Inductive RV were and inductor of equal henry value & voltage substitutes a capacitor to make the motor run in reverse, Read my commentary on Normans Neutral spike were i explain why motors ran in reverse ,,,

the delayed lenz is all within the power factor figures .. my comment to Brian

"The secret of over-unity resides in turning loss & lagging power factor to gain & Leading power factor"

maybe in a few hundred years from now people will understand it , if they don't convert it first into a trani pentasexual rotary transformer configuration

 Hi Hector
 NOT Thane's bisexualhemmoroidaltorroid transformer
BUT his delayed-lenz effect in generator coils, with rotating permanent magnet rotors spinning past them....
Think of the rotating field around the fixed rotor coils in Cotnoirs system as just like the rotating permanent magnets in Thanes delayed lenz generator coils....This is all I am saying about that..
I put up many videos of people have replicated Thane effect and also put up all the math and formulas too in another video too its all simple and works (see below video links again)
So what I am saying in the Cotnoir system, is that the frequency "chosen" for that sequential stator field to rotate at, should also be the "frequency-window" where the manifest of lenz effect is delayed in time, (because of fairly high particular impedance to generators coils and takes time for the generator coils to become strong electromagnetic force) "finding the sweet spot in frequency":

AND on top of all that, think of it as a "sequential coil-banger" (!) as one by one each of the poles and its windings is pulsed, and energy recovered upon switch opening into cap collecting the collapsing field energy...SIMPLE
Note there are 36 poles to that stator housing, and 72 transistors, so he must switch at high and low of each pole's winding....and most probably too,
a steering diode on the high transistor, and also steering diode on low transistor which guides that all recovered backspike energy form both sides of pulsed coil into caps....

So a "non-rotational-rotor windings with rotating stator field and a sequential coil banger" is what it is..."sequentially pusled DC rotating field transformer?
Really nothing fancy to replicate except for arduino but that is simple if you know how to program them, for most, much simpler to have small DC motor with variable speed spinning timing disc spin past hall effects to do same thing and have it pulse width and frequency adjustable...

Solder one transistor you can solder another even easier... do it 72 times and you are done...
