Hi Steve
Yes for sure that is a gas genset very common type, maybe the 1000W style I have one that ran on 2cycle gas motor and took the gas motor out and did some experiments with it...
You are right about the front bearing being missing so almost for sure that is what the generator on the right in video is.
One thing about them, is that they need to go a fairly exact speed to make the 60 or 50 hz, as they spin from the gas motor, so there is usually a diode in there that clips the electrical power they make off, unless the generator operates at the speed it is supposed to, so maybe the guy in Indonesian video took out that diode so it generates power at any speed....
Also looks like it is 230VAC type grid he has at his home, and will assume the invertor he uses is also 230V type, and maybe that generator on the right cut out of the genset is also a 230V type.....and as well the motor spinning it is probably 230VAC type too.....but I don't know for sure about this..
I think stargaterod is right, the motor/prime mover in video is a AC or DC type universal washing machine motor that was most probably hacked out of an old washing machine....
I hope it really is this easy!
Lets hope that he stays safe and does not take bad advice keeps his identity and home secret from wandering MIBs since if this is real thing, he can expect some visits very soon.
If not real, it will be left up on youtube with eventually a million hits, as purposeful distraction and "proof" to all, that overunity operation of motors spinning generators and generator in turn powers the generator is impossible...
This is where it is dangerous for this video maker to get this circulated too much on internet, as it can wind up on overunity.com with its 50,000 members who at least one hundred if not 1000 are trolls ready at their computer keyboards to make the poor guy feel like shit in that he is not as smart as everyone else and will also pass the info over to the MIB dispersement agency whoever that might be from wherever...
ciao
