Hi GerryIt was a relatively nice day, with the Sun shining, but these high pressure systems, bright as they are, still are giving us -20C. All that sunlight goes to waste unless collected.My friend Mike did a test in January and got a thermal test strip delivering 300C on a cloudy day using a German process crystal surface treatment to copper sheet strip that absorbs 97% of the solar energy as heat, and only radiates 3% back. A copper tube has to be ultrasonically welded down the center, special welder that he also bought.This thermal fluid heat transfer keeps the panel temperatures down below boiling, and heats a storage tank which in turn is pumped through tubing on the floors.German technology seems to be some of the best at these very practical needs.Cheers Warren

This is a bit unrelated but there's a Russian guy on YouTube who hooks up three standard single phase transformers across each of the 3 power phases.He used toroidal's in video........A to B , B to C and C to A.Then he connects all 3 of the the transformer outputs in parallel.He says that because of the 60 degree offset betwen phases the energy consumed is being used at 60 degrees offset from the input, (near as I can gather).Cosine of 60 is 0.5.So it results in a net gain, I don't quite understand but thought it might be worth to pass along as a simple thing to try if you have 3 phase

around the home.The whole machine is driven by one hydraulic pump, which is turned by a 3 cylinder Mitchibushi diesel.It runs fine but can be replaced by an electric motor.Many of our over unity devices are not very flexible regarding loading.Thos concept might be an answer..You load a hydralic system to a particular pressure, which is stored in an accumulator tank.That way, the engine and pump run at a fixed load and rpm, while the rest of the machine is meeting periodic demands of the loadThis solves an issue with anyone wanting to set their RV tuning and leave it that way.As far as the machine goes, I'm just a little guy, and have a lot of 500 lb stones that my place is built from. I am building a hydraulic lower jaw on the bucket called a "thumb" so I can grab on to rocks and debris, fixing this place up.While learning to drive it, I am unpacking my energy gear.Today, I am going to try to move a big cast iron flywheel over to the stone studio. This is sure better than using a block and tackle and crow bars, dragging stuff up from my basement storage back inToronto.I can't dig any trenches to put in power lines connecting the buildings until the frost is out of the ground. In the meantime, I can get everything ready between snowstorms.With a little luck and a flimsy extention cord, maybe one of these days, I won't need grid power.Cheers Warren
