George that system needs a lose belt .there have been  others like it ..the
popular theory is it's a strong impulse motor ...the idea is that a strong
pulse similar to the impulse tec .on Kelly's PDF of that China man with the
wooden wheel and air core coils .he pulses once and gets a return of 3 to1
. the belt is loose and jerks the pulleys .it's off the self so very
little  real knowledge needed .  just a big wallet... The water plugs are
something I saw years ago but bowed off as not something I didn't  have
time for ..the idea that a spark plug could produce a spark so strong that
it could disassociate water into ....hho... and fire it all at once and run
a generator .well just didn't register  with me I was all about Meyer at
the time . the guy that runs the forum has one set up at his house and runs
it .from time to time .it's a 3 to 4000 watt generator .all off the shelf
parts .he's planing to go completely off the grid with it pluse some solar
panels and battery's . there's a link over on his  magazine site were you
can click on it .it's were you go to by the DVD downloads for Bedini and
other free energy subjects .I'll try to pull together some more information
.this study goes back to 2008 so there's much data and information on it
.Warren needs 5 HP or 3740 Watts that one generator would do it while
fueling it from the water . it seemed straight forward all off shelf a
hivoltage module a hi performance  spark plug coil .a generator with a
timing disk on the front with a small neo and a Herz  trigger .could
replace with optical .very adjustable .timing. Look on you tube under water
spark plug and.   how to keep the lights on you may stumbled across it .
