Body

Hi Gerry
very cool transforem idea with the florist wire - I don't trust the green enamel to hold up under much vibration or heat and would think it would have this coating wear down after awhile and cause electrical short-circuits so maybe wear throwaway rubber gloves and coat the florist wire with epoxyas it is being wound up just to make sure....with my Bi\TT cores too, I could of done that too but don't think "magnetic" short circuits with these cores is going to matter that much but maybe it will over time and affect performance with high frequencies I don't know.
Maybe making cores inside a coil with florist wire..such as inside a torroed coil as in an ORBO motor and pulse both that inner coil and alsow the torroid too to cancel the field and make it go too...
there is lots of florist wire on ebay of different thicknesses mine is .0.9mm thye had thinner but this seems good...
I made "pinipoint" cores out of bundled florist wire in my muller generato coils, with just one 10mm length in center of bundle projecting and pointing towards the rotor magnets, while it gets gradual thicker clusters towards back of coil hoping to move bloch-wall back away from rotor magnets also to get some sort of delayed effect not sure if it does much but Robert Myrland did something like this with hiperco50 core material in his RV-Muller that looped...
