Well i got the tools cnc lathe and mill. but lack: 1st the Best design, as so many built and failed to OU.
The first thing is a unit could be built but if software could do the same thingfor a lot less time..The casting idea is a great way to it, saves a lot in production runs.

And the Action Reaction always fools people..Example: If the water/Oil is at a standing speed, and rotated outwards it will require energysome people have used the wrong formula and in the end unit was a failure!

I am oddly in a similar seperation from my acustomed workshops.Like those Russian Kapanadze experimentors working in those old Soviet factory buildings. They had all kinds of space with strong concrete walls and high ceilings, dirt floors and no heat or electricity.What an inspiration to get some energy happening!We watched them show each other videos they had shot using a low rez computer cam of devices lighting strings of light bulbs made from hardware store electrical wire. It was a group of tech squatters sharing survival tips on how to make electricity to run lights and heaters. I can relate, here on the farm, with lots of buildings, space, and sub zero temperatures. My tools are in giant stacks of cardboard boxes, along with everything such as the lathe chips carefully wrapped in newsprint and lovingly packed and shipped four hours East. It was my fault, but it all happened so fast that everything got moved by a big crew from several places at once.Enough whining.We can make a cast bronze rotor if this device shows enough promise.Pattern making is just Bondo, and sculpture, things I am quite all right at.I then take the sand casting patterns to the foundry and they make a sand mold from my patterns in less time than it takes me to write this. Molten bronze is then poured into the cavities in the sand and presto, you have your rough casting, paying about $10.00 C per pound, which is about $7.80 US/ pound for what you take home.It is expensive, but if you are careful with your pattern you can make it fairly light weight and thin walled, so it doesn't cost so much.The beauty of castings, they are strong and can be any shape you want to try.Carving MDF is great except for the dust.Back to the subject. We want to know if, in fact, this device works, before we make heroic efforts+ so the plastic might indicate if the direction is the right one, showing promise.Cheers Warren

I can see myself building one of these ffor fun and experience, but have no materials no tools no space for it here in Minsk in soviet-style flat,,,,so I hope some others give it a shot and can only encourage and watch....
