With Tesla he was using positive pulse tec .each pluse pulled electrons out
of the earth and that's were the extra energy comes from . Bedini uses the
same system and with a ground you get 30% more energy .don Smith the same
he just uped the freq.to radio wave level and resonated the coils for max
transfer of the pos pulse but kept the stored energy on the big cap side .
there's a nother guy from Germany at a electrical engineering school doing
the same Tesla tec .he's theory is that the pos pulse when in transfering
to the second ball ...not needed ...runs into neutrinos coming from the sun
and gives them a charge  causing them to join into the energy collection
he's running a boat motor around a pool on micro Watts !! . and something
to do with the pope and shadow people .
